After you’ve filled in the order form successfully we will send you what we call your domain activation e-mail. The activation is almost instant. This e-mail contains all the necessary info for you to get started. Please note that your domain name will not be active yet but you will have access to our servers to upload your files so long and get everything ready like your e-mail accounts and so on. You will also get a temporarily URL where you can view your uploaded website. With the domain activation mail we will also send the first invoice. Our banking details are on this invoice. Once you’ve made the first payment or the domain registration fee at least we will register your domain with the registrar. After this is done it’s only a matter of hours before you can view your website through your domain name in a browser.

It really depends on your needs.
Our Basic Package is suitable for people who wants to publish a site which doesn’t require a lot of disk space and bandwidth. You can use this package if you need to publish your CV or a small info site.
The Standard Package will be enough for a small company website which does not contain too much data or databases. It’s also suitable if you want to publish wedding or holiday photos that does require a bit more disk space and bandwidth than our Basic Package.
Medium companies can make use of our Business Package, it includes more than enough disk space for all your web pages and databases. The bandwidth will be enough for loads of visits to the site and will also accommodate mail traffic for quit a few mail accounts.
If you have a very bandwidth hungry site, our Business Pro Package will do the job. There’s enough disk space and bandwidth for a large company.

No problem, its easy, and can be done without having any downtime for your site at all. What you would want to do is first set up an account with us. We’ll set up the account then mail you a welcome letter after you sign up.
You can then upload your files, using the IP address to get it all working, set up email addresses, etc. Then, when its all 100% ready, you can change the DNS name server info for your domain to the ones for our hosting service (they are mentioned in your welcome letter) and then in 24-72 hours your domain should switch over and start working on our servers.

No. You don’t need to sign anything. Your hosting account will be active for as long as you pay the monthly hosting fee. If for some reason you decide not to host with us anymore, just send us an e-mail and we will terminate your account.

There is no such thing. Companies that offer you unlimited bandwidth are counting on you not using it, if you do they will find a way of either making you pay for it, or restricting it.

You will have access to our webmail system so you can access your email from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. For example: www.yourdomain.co.za/webmail. You can also login to your mailbox through our website. Just type in your e-mail address and password, select Webmail and click Login.

This means that you can create as much e-mail boxes as you want. Do not confuse this with aliases. Aliases is only a different name for you mailbox, so if a mail get send to that different name(alias), it still gets delivered to that same mailbox. Aliases only forward mail to your mailbox. With unlimited e-mail accounts you have unlimited mailboxes, which can be used individually. For example test@domain.co.za and test2@domain.co.za will both get their own e-mails in their own mail boxes. So you can set up e-mail addresses for everyone in your company, and since your account has unlimited e-mail accounts there’s room for growth in your company. These are coding languages in which your website is written. PHP files are just like HTML files, but they can include both HTML and PHP code. The PHP code is parsed (or executed) by the Web server when the page is accessed and the resulting output is written as HTML within the Web page. When a user accesses a PHP page, his Web browser only gets sent the HTML code, since the Web server has processed the PHP code in the background. PHP can process more complicated code and you can do more with it. Linux web servers support these languages.
